Description


Living Accommodation -
On entering the villa there is a hallway with a cosy reception/study area
The formal dining area is at the rear of the villa. Adjacent is the tastefully furnished family lounge area with three sofas as well as a flat screen TV.
To the right of the family lounge area is the spacious open plan kitchen with a two seat breakfast bar, a dining table seating six people with patio doors opening out onto the pool deck creating a wonderful morning ambiance for your breakfast experience.

Bedrooms -
The Master bedroom is to the left of the family lounge area and has a King-size bed with windows overlooking the pool deck and an en-suite Master Bathroom with a large fully enclosed shower and twin sinks. Bedroom 2 3 & 4 are in the front of the  villa to the right hand side and all have a themed twin beds and a shared bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 5 is at the rear of the villa, has a Queen bed and a walk through Deck Access bathroom.

Outdoor Living -
The west facing pool deck has a fair amount of privacy and open views of the conservation woodland with a pool, which can be heated on request, an undercover outdoor dining table seating four to six people and plenty of patio space to relax in the Florida sun.
