Located on the US27, just a few miles south of the US192 is this four  bedroom villa sitting on the Highlands Reserve Golfing community. With a  west facing pool deck and stunning views of the golf course to the rear of  the property as well as being just a 25-minute drive from the Disney theme  parks makes this villa a perfect choice for your family holiday to Orlando. 
 
Living Accommodation -
The formal dining area is near the front of the villa and seats six people. Adjacent is the tastefully furnished family lounge area with a sofa and loveseat as well as a flatscreen TV.
To the right of the family lounge area is the spacious open plan kitchen with a  breakfast bar seating two people, a dining table seating four people and  patio doors  opening out onto the pool deck creating a wonderful morning ambiance for your breakfast experience.

Bedrooms -
The Master bedroom is to the left of the family lounge area and has a King-size bed, patio sliding doors to  the pool deck and an en-suite Master Bathroom with a large fully enclosed shower and twin sinks. Bedroom 2 is in the middle of the  villa to the left hand side and has a Queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is next to  bedroom 2 and has twin beds. Bedroom 4 is to the left of the front door and  next to bedroom 3 and also has twin beds

Outdoor Living -
The west facing pool deck with a fair amount of privacy and stunning views of the community golf course has a pool, which can be heated on request, an undercover outdoor dining table seating four to six people and plenty of patio space to relax in the Florida sun.

The rightfully sought after and fabulous Community of Highlands Reserve situated on US27, is just minutes away from Berry Town Center.
The many choices of restaurants Applebees, Kumo Japanese, IHOP, Dhaba Indian, Mia pizza, Bamboo Wok to name but a few and Publix supermarket are all within walking distance, which makes Highlands Reserve a special place from which to enjoy your vacation. 

The community is one of only a few built with sidewalks and a peaceful stroll or an energetic early morning run can easily be enjoyed taking in the beautiful views of the golf course.  It is a mere 15 minutes drive to Walt Disney and 25 minutes to Universal Studios
